The purpose of EDGE Engineering is to provide value to our staff, clients, and community. People define who we are, what we do, and how we operate. Our growth strategy is built on this core principle as we actively foster a company culture that prioritizes a family-first mentality, embraces a diversity of both staff and clients, and creates a space for individuals to be themselves.

Our talented team includes three (3) Principals, eight (8) Project Engineers licensed in the State of Texas, thirteen (13) Engineers-in-Training, a Hydraulic Modeler, a Senior GIS Analyst, and five (5) Team Leads , each with an individual and unique perspective they apply to every project. The team also is comprised of a Proposal Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Director of Human Resources. 

In addition, each year, EDGE offers multiple internships for students striving for their Civil Engineering degree.
